Weekly Gross: $2452
Hourly Taxable: $33.50
Hourly Taxable: $1246
Travel: $500 untaxed travel allowance
Additional $500 sign on bonus
Required: 2 years exp, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, OR RN License
