Key Responsibilities
Review and manage a pipeline of prospects who made an initial payment but did not continue to service
Proactively reconnect with past prospects using phone, email, and SMS
Identify reasons prospects paused or declined initial enrollment
Work closely with Sales and Client Success teams
Maintain detailed records of all contact efforts in Salesforce
Meet or exceed outreach goals, reengagement rates, and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or lead recovery
Excellent communication and persuasive skills, both verbal and written
Ability to simplify complex information and articulate service benefits
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and follow-through with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High emotional intelligence and client-first mindset
