Key Responsibilities
Provide intermediary service between Client Account Manager and Call Center Communicators
Support Vice President, Director, Supervisor, and Client Account Manager in project initiatives
Update training materials and conduct trainings
Investigate inquiries and complaints and handle escalations
Assist with call monitoring and provide feedback to Call Center Communicators
Lead by example and adhere to corporate compliance
Maintain quality and productivity standards for client projects
Safeguard patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
Current U.S. healthcare professional license: RN license
Minimum of associate’s degree or equivalent work related experience
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Adept at all applicable computer software, i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook
Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and motivate staff members
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of successful experience training or supervising within a Call Center operation
