We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our growing family and ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.Position OverviewAs the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations across our restaurant locations and breweries. You will lead a team of technicians and assistants, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role is vital in maintaining our equipment and facilities to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the maintenance department, including hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance supervisors and technicians.Actively perform maintenance and technician responsibilities as needed.Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of kitchen equipment and facilities, including preventive maintenance schedules, equipment upgrades, and replacement plans.Collaborate with kitchen management and other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources effectively to minimize disruptions to operations.Manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting expenses, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through efficiency improvements and vendor negotiations.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to equipment safety, sanitation, and environmental standards.Implement and maintain a robust asset management program, including accurate records of equipment maintenance histories, inventory management, and warranty tracking.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance, reliability, and energy efficiency, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within the maintenance team, promoting adherence to established policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in maintenance management, and implement relevant innovations to enhance departmental effectiveness.Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems, tools, and techniques.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with various teams, effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment.Proficiency in maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), as well as word processor and spreadsheet programs..Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are preferred.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.Why Join Us?Paid vacationComplimentary meal plan (includes a plus one)Gym membership reimbursementTechnology reimbursement opportunitiesQuarterly profit share opportunity401k Retirement plan with employer contributionComplimentary Moose’s Tooth/Bear Tooth concert tickets (includes a plus one)Complimentary movie tickets for the Bear Tooth (includes a plus one)If you are a motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager looking to make an impact in a thriving restaurant group, we would love to hear from you!
