Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers
Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify assistance needed
Focus on resolving issues on the first call
Schedule appointments and verify visit type and primary care provider
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with computers and Windows based programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a health care setting
1+ years of experience with insurance programs and basic managed care principles
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience working with an electronic health record
Call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
