Job Description

Join Diesel Direct as a Regional Sales Manager and drive new customer acquisition in the fuel industry. You will play a key role in forging relationships, securing contracts, and achieving ambitious sales goals while being part of a dynamic team committed to customer service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers
  • Exceed sales quotas for both volume and gross margin
  • Utilize networking and CRM tools for prospecting
  • Engage prospects in consultative discussions
  • Make persuasive presentations to senior managers
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with Operations for seamless customer experience
  • Maintain up-to-date customer data in CRM
  • Work with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Provide market insights to management

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of demonstrated success in consultative/solution based selling
  • Experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the fuel industry
  • Successful sales track record at the senior management level
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region using own transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry sales and/or customer service experience
