Job Description
Join Diesel Direct as a Regional Sales Manager and drive new customer acquisition in the fuel industry. You will play a key role in forging relationships, securing contracts, and achieving ambitious sales goals while being part of a dynamic team committed to customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers
Exceed sales quotas for both volume and gross margin
Utilize networking and CRM tools for prospecting
Engage prospects in consultative discussions
Make persuasive presentations to senior managers
Create and deliver tailored proposals
Collaborate with Operations for seamless customer experience
Maintain up-to-date customer data in CRM
Work with marketing on lead generation campaigns
Provide market insights to management
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of demonstrated success in consultative/solution based selling
Experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the fuel industry
Successful sales track record at the senior management level
Willingness to travel within the assigned region using own transportation
Preferred Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience in sales
3-5 years of relevant industry sales and/or customer service experience
