As a Customer Relationship Advocate at Citizens, you'll engage with affluent clients, providing personalized financial planning and advice. Your role involves onboarding new clients, growing investment assets, and ensuring exceptional client experiences through collaboration and proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new high-net-worth clients
Grow deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional client experiences
Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues across different business lines
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or relevant experience
Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients
SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Experience establishing and maintaining client relationships
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
