Job Description
Join a dedicated Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll provide critical support to youth and their families with significant behavioral health needs. This role involves delivering individualized treatment, engaging families, and collaborating with various service providers to enhance overall well-being and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and their families to address clinical and family needs
Engage families in developing and modifying care plans
Assess risk and provide crisis intervention services
Collaborate with community providers and stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate participant progress with respect to care plan goals
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
