Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Assistant, supporting K–12 special education students and helping them reach their full potential. Gain hands-on experience in diverse school settings while maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting licensed staff in the classroom
Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
Maintain a conducive classroom environment
Work with individuals and small groups
Provide support for students in crisis
Support students on community outings
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student experiences
Celebrate the students you’re working with
Required Qualifications
60 credits, Associates Degree, passing score on appropriate ADE assessment or ParaPro/Praxis Exam
