Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, where you will lead client engagements and drive digital transformation initiatives. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and ensure client satisfaction while optimizing resource allocation and managing P&L responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand the client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansion
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams to ensure understanding of client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role
Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Strong experience with the global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
Strong performance track record leading various portfolios
Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multifaceted matrix
Ability to conceptualize and analyze business transformations
Forecasting and P&L management experience
