Key Responsibilities

  • Support balance sheet account reconciliation process
  • Assist with month-end close procedures
  • Conduct balance sheet and income statement analysis
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly operations forecasts
  • Investigate and resolve account reconciliation variances
  • Support quarterly review and annual audit processes
  • Interact with management across various departments
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in training and professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Ability to use ad-hoc reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Previous experience in an accounting role
  • Internships or related coursework
