Key Responsibilities
Oversee regulatory compliance and quality standards in cellular therapy
Lead audits and corrective actions
Collaborate with multiple teams to improve clinical quality and patient safety
Manage the Quality Calendar and perform associated audits
Participate in design and analysis of clinical quality data
Support evaluation and improvement of quality and safety
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License
3 years Direct patient care
Experience with EHRs
Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures and order sets
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Healthcare
1 year Experience in a supervisory role
