Key Responsibilities
Drive growth in Employer business
Assess value of Optum Financial solutions
Present solutions to executives and decision makers
Influence external customers at VP & C-Suite level
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales development experience
5+ years of sales and marketing experience in health insurance/financial services
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to travel frequently - 50%
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience building relationships with C-suite stakeholders
