Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to support K–12 special education students. You'll assist teachers, help students thrive academically and behaviorally, and make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with special needs children
