Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician to support students with specialized needs in a classroom setting. You'll implement behavior support plans and help students thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience working with children
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
