Key Responsibilities
Provide educational leadership to nursing staff in Intensive Care Units
Develop and implement orientation and ongoing competency programs

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current Registered Nurse license in Connecticut
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
Basic certification in Education/Critical Care Nursing
