Key Responsibilities
Fulfill customer orders and merchandising
Supervise the selling floor to deliver exceptional customer service
Lead colleagues in executing and completing assigned tasks
Role model customer advocacy and provide feedback
Enhance customer experience by promoting Macy's mobile app
Meet with People Leaders to plan and monitor store activities
Perform store opening and closing procedures
Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and applications
Foster a respectful and inclusive environment
Required Qualifications
Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of direct retail experience
