Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill customer orders and merchandising
  • Supervise the selling floor to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead colleagues in executing and completing assigned tasks
  • Role model customer advocacy and provide feedback
  • Enhance customer experience by promoting Macy's mobile app
  • Meet with People Leaders to plan and monitor store activities
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures
  • Educate colleagues on point of sale technology and applications
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive environment

Required Qualifications

  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with customers
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience
