Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Job Description & Requirements

The Registered RN is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who supervises and provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.
- Follows established policies and procedures.
- Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors; Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.
- Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management and physicians.
- Applies Cooper core values.
- Participates in cross training in other specialty areas.
- Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement projects.
- Other duties as required.
- General OR RN7pm-7:30a, no callOrientation- 2 days of orientation in the classroom
- - No on-unit orientation
- Requirements:- Level 1 trauma experience required
- - Active NJ RN license, BSN degree preferred
- - Minimum 3+ years professional OR nursing experience,
- - BLS, NIHSS Certs Required
- - Excellent attention to detail needed in ensuring patient safety and quality monitoring
- - Strong organizational skills needed in coordination of care across the OR
- - COVID Vaccination-Fully vaccinated with 1 booster required
Additional Qualifications
- Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse)
- Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
- CNOR Preferred
- Minimum 3+ years professional OR nursing experience
