Job Description
Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive and contribute to driving sales growth in the public sector and commercial market. This remote role focuses on engaging customers in Philadelphia, PA, leveraging your communication skills to convert new opportunities and exceed revenue goals while benefiting from a supportive company culture.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers in the public sector and commercial market.
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance.
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members.
Schedule appointments and present Quill values and solutions to prospective customers.
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill.
Create custom pricing solutions for potential high growth customers.
Ensure smooth transition to the account management team upon customer commitment.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/ GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory (approximately 50%)
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
