Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Oconomowoc, WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: 7PM - 7:30AM Total Weekly Hours: 36 hrs ICU RN - NOCS - Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital - **AUTO offer unit** Contract length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 11/18 - Orientation date
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Primary Location: Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
Shift Requirements: 12 hour NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
Float Requirements: Will need to be able to float to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Mukwonago
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience. At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
Charting Experience Required: recent Epic within 12 months
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Any Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
