Job Description
Delaware North is seeking Valets to provide exceptional first impressions at Wheeling Island Casino. As a Valet, you will assist guests with their vehicles and ensure a smooth parking experience, all while benefiting from flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Explain the valet payment process; issue guests customer claim and final exit release checks
Open and inspect the vehicles for damage prior to parking, noting all damage
Park and secure the vehicle, ensuring doors and windows are locked and closed
Fill out and affix key tag to guest key; turn tagged keys to the key room window
Retrieve the vehicle in a safe and timely manner
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age
Hold a valid driver’s license
Pass a drug screen
