Key Responsibilities
Execute preparation/cooking of various food items
Develop ability to serve at different kitchen stations
Monitor details of food production and manage inventory
Propose and implement new menu items
Liaison between the kitchen and hotel departments
Observe safety procedures and policies
Required Qualifications
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
Capable of producing consistent high-quality product
Able to take direction and work independently
Knowledgeable of basic kitchen and food safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary education and/or on-the-job training
Previous experience cooking in a fine dining restaurant of at least 2 years
