Key Responsibilities
Champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations
Focus on increasing sales, conversions, and service
Provide peer coaching and support to the store team
Own weekly sales and merchandising activities
Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience
Complete daily tasks for merchandising and sales opportunities
Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks with the GM
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience selling retail products or services
Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs
Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs
Effective communication skills and organization
Experience coaching a team and/or supervising others
Ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Manage conflict in a reasonable manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
