Key Responsibilities
Handle heavy project-based assignments and ad-hoc projects
Coordinate event execution and multiple projects simultaneously
Schedule complex meetings and prepare agendas
Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and expense reports
Prepare regular reports and business summaries
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Support all stages of project lifecycle
Drive team building activities and events
