Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Case Associate, where you will support adults with serious mental illness in achieving independence and recovery goals. Your work will involve advocating for residents, assisting with daily living skills, and promoting a culturally competent environment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide services within program regulations
Evaluate and assess independent living skills
Advocate for residents with other service providers
Conduct monthly unit/apartment inspections
Complete timely documentation of all resident interactions
Required Qualifications
AA degree and two years of experience in a community mental health setting
HS/HSE degree and at least five years of experience in a community mental health setting
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive agency van
