Job Description
Join MassMutual as a remote Customer Care Specialist, where you’ll create personalized experiences for clients in the Annuity Call Center. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service during weekdays.
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers and provide best-in-class experiences
Educate customers about their annuity contracts
Handle problems independently while seeking guidance in complex situations
Balance time effectively to meet service levels
Utilize multiple systems and tools to achieve departmental goals
Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience or undergraduate degree
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience with Insurance or Annuity Servicing financial products
Experience in hospitality or retail sales with direct consumer contact
