Requirements
- License: Active RN license
- Experience: Minimum 1 year ER experience
- Certifications (Required):
- BLS (CPR)
- ACLS
- PALS
- De-escalation training (Handle With Care or equivalent)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Peripheral IV insertion
- Experience with Stroke, SEPSIS, STEMI protocols
- Strong clinical judgment in high-pressure environments
Dress Code
- Scrub Colors: Black, Navy, or Royal Blue
- Unacceptable Attire:
- No vulgar/slang language on apparel
- No sweatpants or activewear pants
