The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical services in the Med/Surgical Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction through the development of clinical programs. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with previous management experience in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage clinical services in the 2100 Med/Surgical Unit
Develop, implement, and maintain clinical and educational programs
Enhance the quality of care and achieve high levels of patient and provider satisfaction
Facilitate interdisciplinary team collaboration
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
Current New Mexico State license
BLS certification through American Heart Association
Strong clinical and leadership skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in a clinical role in medical/surgical services
