Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures
Prepare a clear, accurate preliminary report for radiologist and/or other medical providers
Document medical history related to the exam
Complete daily computer work
Maintain credentials and/or licensure
Participate and attend departmental meetings
Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations
Communicate and listen effectively with customers
Required Qualifications
Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program
ARDMS Eligible
Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire
Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry
Basic Life Saving Certified
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
One (1) year experience in the healthcare/hospital environment
