Job Description
Join the ASPCA as the Director of Mobile Veterinary Services, leading a dynamic team to provide essential veterinary care in underserved communities. You will manage operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster a positive team culture, making a significant impact on animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Foster a culture of respect and teamwork
Deliver superior client experience and patient care
Ensure mobile clinics are staffed and functioning
Monitor compliance with safety protocols
Oversee financial and administrative health of the program
Develop and publish the MVS schedule
Represent the ASPCA to internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of building positive working relationships
Excellent time management skills
Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
Ability to work with behaviorally and/or medically compromised animals
Must have a Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one
Fear Free® Shelter certified or ability to obtain within 60 days
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Experience in Veterinary Technology, Business, or related field
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
