Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and guests while providing excellent service
  • Perform patient registration and update demographic information
  • Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawer
  • Make and manage patient appointments
  • Utilize technology for efficient patient assistance
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using computers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic software
  • Proficiency in patient registration
  • Scheduling and medical insurance pre-certifications
  • Authorizations and referrals
