Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and guests while providing excellent service
Perform patient registration and update demographic information
Collect co-pays and reconcile cash drawer
Make and manage patient appointments
Utilize technology for efficient patient assistance
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
Excellent organizational skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Proficiency in using computers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Epic software
Proficiency in patient registration
Scheduling and medical insurance pre-certifications
Authorizations and referrals
