Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. This role involves providing critical care to diverse patient populations within multiple ICU specialties. The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly skilled, and comfortable working in a mandatory float environment across various critical care units.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in a variety of ICU settings
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, manage advanced life-support equipment, and perform critical interventions
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and clinical standards
• Support patients and families with education and compassionate care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU acute care experience (required)
• Active state RN license (Ohio or Compact, in hand before start)
• Certifications required:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • NIHSS
• Locals accepted/preferred (within 75 miles)
• Pending licenses not accepted
