Key Responsibilities
Oversee non-clinical pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers
Manage staffing, training, and performance management of pharmacy personnel
Engage customers and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience
Assist pharmacist in patient care activities and healthcare service offerings
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Manage pharmacy inventory and operational quality
Drive new technology/process rollouts and engage team in action planning
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
PTCB or ExCPT certification
One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Previous people management/leadership experience
Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation
