Senior Nurse Practitioner PCP - Primary Care 3 East Job Category: Nursing Full-Time On-site AN Primary Care Center The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Provider (PCP) is responsible for providing direct clinical customer-owner care; mentoring nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified nurse midwives; and establishing medical protocols and treatment regimens with other clinical staff. Additionally, the Senior Nurse Practitioner PCP mentors and coaches staff within the Nuka System of Care. SCF programs primarily serve Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), and Alaska Native and American Indian populations within SCFs geographical area. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Alaska. Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Proven proficiency as a Nurse Practitioner at SCF or two (2) years of Nurse Practitioner supervisory or management experience. Eligibility for associate medical staff membership and privileges. Employee Health Requirements Compliance with SCF's Employee Health Procedure is mandatory.
