As a Lead Patient Services Representative at Cooper University Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to patients, ensuring accurate registrations, and leading a dynamic team. Your expertise will help enhance the patient experience while effectively managing front-line operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide prompt and accurate patient registrations
Deliver excellent customer service
Greet, register, schedule and provide information to patients and families
Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
Prepare patient charts in advance
Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to the Patient’s Bill of Rights
Required Qualifications
3 years experience in a medical environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
