Job Description

Join Empower as a Financial Customer Service Professional and launch your financial services career in a supportive, flexible, and inclusive environment. You will provide exceptional service to customers regarding their retirement savings accounts while developing your skills through comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service in the call center for retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes
  • Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals
  • Process general account changes upon customer direction
  • Train and study to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher
  • At least one year of customer service experience or two years of customer service experience
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week
  • Capability to work overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Financial Services or call center experience
  • FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for providing quality customer service
