• 24-hour call coverage required
• Census 4 - 8 patients daily
• Care for newborns and pediatric patients
• Level I nursery with 14 newborn bassinets and 4 special care beds
• Average 2 night calls
• Non-invasive ventilation and intubation skills required
• Support for obstetrics and emergency departments
• Low-acuity setting -- 35+ weeks gestation cases only
