Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical patient care
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care
Support CNO to ensure high quality and safe nursing care
Serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession
Required Qualifications
Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school
Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
