Key Responsibilities
Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies
Deliver solutions in Workday Recruiting through efficient and organized processes
Communicate effectively across team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with HR partners
Research, test, and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities
Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (Recruiting, HCM)
At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Recruiting, HCM)
2+ years of experience with Workday Integrations
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting)
2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)
