Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies
  • Deliver solutions in Workday Recruiting through efficient and organized processes
  • Communicate effectively across team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with HR partners
  • Research, test, and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities
  • Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
  • Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (Recruiting, HCM)
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
  • At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Recruiting, HCM)
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Integrations
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
  • Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting)
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
  • 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s)
