Manage operations at the Behavioral Rehabilitation Center
Lead a team of 31 full-time staff
Oversee daily care, enrichment, and animal placement
Ensure team compliance with organizational protocols
Develop strategic plans for the center
Foster a healthy team culture and manage team performance
Required Qualifications
BS, BA or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading a large team
Experience managing a budget
Exceptional leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
