Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as an Assistant Director to lead a dedicated team in supporting adults with mental illness. You'll oversee program operations, ensure compliance, and foster staff development, all while promoting independence in a compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Ensure regulatory/agency compliance
Facilitate High Risk and Group Supervisions
Participate in Case Conferences and administrative meetings
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Conduct apartment administrative walkthroughs
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five years' experience
Experience working with adults diagnosed with mental illness and substance abuse history
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
