Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients for pharmacy refill confirmations, annual wellness visit scheduling, ER outreach, and new authorization follow-ups
Support additional projects as assigned by leadership
Maintain accurate records and data entry in Excel and internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support
Required Qualifications
Customer Service experience in healthcare or call center
Experience with care coordination and patient communication
Insurance & benefit verification experience
Data Entry with high accuracy
Excel proficiency
