Job Description

Join TEKsystems as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative in Glendale, CA, where you'll support patient outreach and care coordination. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to patients for pharmacy refill confirmations, annual wellness visit scheduling, ER outreach, and new authorization follow-ups
  • Support additional projects as assigned by leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in Excel and internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support

Required Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience in healthcare or call center
  • Experience with care coordination and patient communication
  • Insurance & benefit verification experience
  • Data Entry with high accuracy
  • Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project coordination or management
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
