Job Description

Trufood Manufacturing is looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to shape and implement total rewards strategies. This full-time position supports HR operations, ensuring competitive compensation and compliant benefits while enhancing employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Evaluate and manage benefits strategy
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Conduct market analyses for competitive compensation practices
  • Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations
  • Manage leave of absence processes and compliance reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with focus on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of HR management principles and practices
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
