Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the community
Manage delinquency and collection of rent
Supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies
Handle resident complaints and retention programs
Monitor service request turnaround and property maintenance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Two years experience in the housing industry
