Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the community
  • Manage delinquency and collection of rent

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years experience in the housing industry
