As an Airport Operations Manager at Avis Budget Group, you will oversee all airport activities, ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and effective team management. Your leadership will drive profitability while enhancing customer experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all activities at an airport related to servicing customers
Plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands
Oversee customer shuttling
Handle customer complaints
Provide statistical information relating to transactions and revenue
Assist in the preparation of annual budget
Monitor gasoline charges
Implement HR policies
Required Qualifications
BA/BS - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
1+ years of leadership and management experience
Strong decision making ability and independent judgment
Strong analytical and math skills

Working knowledge of MS Office, BART & O2
