Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department
Ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained
Provide unparalleled service to residents through Platinum Service® standards
Required Qualifications
Current, unencumbered RN license in state
Three or more years of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Effective communication skills
