Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement specific Occupational Therapy treatment plans in acute care settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA/COTA), Therapy Aides, and students
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current applicable state Occupational Therapist License (OT)
CPR certification
Minimum 2 years acute care experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with acute care populations
Excellent organizational skills
Skilled in home program development and family training
Knowledge in appropriate selection and use of DME (adaptive equipment)
