Schedule: 4x10-Hour Days (06:30 AM – 05:00 PM) + On-Call 

Hours/Week: 40 

Position Summary

A Hospital is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join its cardiovascular and interventional radiology team for a full-time, 13-week assignment. This role focuses on cardiac catheterization procedures with the flexibility to support Interventional Radiology (IR) services. The ideal candidate will be clinically proficient, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and recover patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and IR procedures
• Assist with TEE (transesophageal echocardiogram) and cardioversion procedures
• Provide pre- and post-procedural care in accordance with hospital protocols
• Respond to on-call emergencies and support urgent procedures as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Maine)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proof of influenza vaccination required per Maine state mandate
