Job Description
The Traveling Project Manager will oversee Civil and Construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion while managing project finances and stakeholder relationships. This role requires significant travel and offers a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress and manage project financial aspects
Prepare and disseminate necessary documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in construction estimating and scheduling software
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure
Experience with job costing, scheduling, and estimating contract changes
