The Director of Mobile Veterinary Services will lead a dynamic nonprofit program providing veterinary care to underserved communities. This role involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring quality patient care, and enhancing client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Deliver superior client experience and patient care
Achieve program impact goals for mobile clinics
Monitor safety protocols and compliance with regulations
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
California Veterinary Technician license
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish)
